They are recruiting for a Sales Co Coordinator to assist the field sales representatives and increase and convert potential customer business.
Candidates must have worked within the Freight Forwarding Industry previously and have working knowledge of Ocean Imports/Exports. Duties include dealing with quotes and all telephone enquiries, obtaining feedback from potential clients for rates quoted. 90% of the work is Exports with some Imports business as well. Updating both Imports and Export tariffs.
Good customer services skills are required together with database management skills. Candidates should enjoy the "buzz" of a sales office and get satisfaction from increasing the company's business.
